Servers like Migrator, Parka, Blizzard and Mammoth. He usually is somewhere in the box dimension during this party! He goes on crowded servers during the day and in the night he goes on uncrowded servers. Rookie is the HARDEST penguin to find on the island. He can be ANYWHERE.
