Book Codes are like prizes for getting Clubpenguin toys or books at many toy stores. Many stores like "Toys R Us", "Target", "Walmart","Disney Stores" and mostly any store that sells Clubpenguin items. Here are some differences between a Clubpenguin book code and a coin code/item code
- If you buy a Club Penguin book you get a prize for typing in what word is in what paragraph on what page. For example, (not true) that on page 34 third word in fourth paragraph is penguin and you type it in and if you get it correct you get 2,000 coins and a book! Its a GREAT way to earn coins. Sadly, you can only unlock coins once from a book, and there’s only one book clothing item to unlock.
- Codes are in toys and other Club Penguin goodies! It can give you treasure book items, coins, and SO much more! If you have Card Jitsu cards you get a coin code to unlock more cards online to use in Card Jitsu battles! Theres so much codes you can get in stores!

Go inside the gift shop and open the treasure book. Then go click I got a code.
Then when it says to log out of the game click yes.
